      1. E85FlexBox offers a limited five-year warranty on all of its products.The warranty is restricted to the product operation and does not apply to the "vehicle performance” after its installation due to other vehicle maintenance issues. The warranty guarantees the products listed below to be free from defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the base factory vehicle warranty applies to parts, systems and subsystems of the factory-installed engine fuel-management system, emissions system and vehicle. Please refer to the factory Vehicle Owner's Manual and Warranty Supplement, if any, from the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
         
         The warranty period commences the day the product is delivered to the original purchaser. E85FlexBox warrants that it will repair or replace, free of charge, any product which, under normal conditions of use and service, proves to be defective in material or workmanship and which is within 60 months from the date the product was delivered to the original purchaser. This warranty, however, does not cover any labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects or removal or reinstallation of a product, nor does it cover any other consequential expenses.
         
         To obtain performance of this warranty, purchasers should contact the distributor where they originally purchased the product. A dated purchase receipt, repair order or other written proof that the product is within the warranty period will be required in order to honor the claim.          This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product. Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation, or failures caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Also excluded from this warranty are parts, which are subject to normal wear and tear, e.g., sensors, fittings, seals, etc. Any damage due to misuse, tampering, improper installation, accident, exposure to weather, chemicals or corrosives, or any service by a non-authorized party & the removal/tampering of any sticker/label or serial number will completely and irrevocably voids this warranty.
