Is your vehicle already E85?

We have compiled a list from various sources to provide a comprehensive database of vehicles that are already E85 compatible and will not need an E85 Kit. We have tried to varify most of the vehicles on the list by reviewing the user manuals on the manufactures' website. Although most of the newer models were easy to find, there were quite a few that were not located and you should always confirm your vehicles user manual before fueling with E85. The information is normally located in sections like "Service & Appearance Care", "Fuel", "Performance & Maintenance", "Driving & Operating" or can also be found where it explains about the VIN of the vehicle.

The Chrysler models listed below have the FFV system available. Chrysler model years 2008+ vehicle will have a yellow fuel cap and a badge to easily identify it as an FFV.
To determine if the vehicle is E85 compatible, Chrysler designates flexible fuel vehicles with the last letter of the 12 character Test Group Name posted on the Vehicle Emissions Control Information label, found under the hood. The Test Group Name is located on the right of the label, just below the engine size. Look for “Group: XXXXXXX.XXXX” then check to see if the last letter falls within the letter groups at the right.

The Ford models listed below have the FFV system available. However, FFV models are identified by using the 8th character in the vehicle identification number and a decal under the fuel door indicating E85 use is allowed.

The GM models listed below have the FFV system available. However, FFV models will have the character below in the vehicle identification number and a decal under the fuel door indicating E85 use is allowed. FFVs are also distinguished by a yellow fuel cap in Model Year 2008 to present model year.

The Toyota models listed below have the FFV system available. However, FFV models have the character below in the vehicle identification number.

All Isuzu models listed in years below are E85 compatible.

The Mazda models listed below have the FFV system available. However, FFV models have the character below in the vehicle identification number and a decal under the fuel door indicating E85 use is allowed.
